The production of Razor Wire or Barbed Tape Wire

To produce the razor wire (barbed tape concertina wire), barbs of different shapes are punched out of steel strip. The razor wire  consists of the razor tape (barbed tape) and a high-tensile 2.5 mm steel wire. The razor tape (barbed tape) is cold clenched – depending on product type – around the wire forming adjacent loops which are firmly clipped together at 5, 7 or 9 locations per loop. Through the utilization of a core steel wire, the barbed wire achieves an enormous stiffness, which makes it difficult to be cut or compressed.
Our razor tape (barbed tape) and razor wire (barbed tape wire / Barbed Tape Concertina Wire) products, BARRIER B, BS, S, SZ ,Z, ZL and FD, allow quick installation of stationary as well as mobile barriers. Our Razor Wire or Barbed Tape Concertina Wire products type BARRIER are an effective and useful barriers for fence tops, copings, trenches, coast lines, and perimeters – impossible to be cut by general tools.

Razor Tape (Barbed Tape) BARRIER “B”

Barbed tape BARRIER “B” comes in 50 m spools. Our dispenser spools off and simultaneously twisted the barbed tape. The barbed tape can be retracted with our rewinder.

Razor Wire BARRIER “SZ”

Type BARRIER “SZ” with medium barbs is similar to Type “S”. Medium barbs increase the deterrent effect as well as penetration time.

Type BARRIER “Z” wit large barbs has a considerable higher deterrent effect as type BARRIER “S” and “SZ”. The detainer hook shape of the barbs increases their stability.
